  • Replace pads, corks, felts and springs
  • Level tone holes
  • Wash body
  • Complete or partial repad

Special packages for instrument repair:

    Take everything apart and wash the horn

  • The Voicing Package
    Set key heights to the proper height

  • The "I'm Broke!" Fix
    The cheap-o one shop hour fix

  • The "I Can't Hear you!" Fix
    Replace lower half of the horn (including bell keys) with new pads and oversized resonators

  • The "It feels like a Leaky Ship!" Fix
    Replace all pads that stay in the closed position, e.g palms, sides, chromatic F#, Eb

Mouthpiece Work

  • Straighten facing

  • Flatten table

  • Clean up rails and tip

  • Insert epoxy baffles in hard rubber or metal mouthpieces

  • Replace old bite plates with epoxy
    **the epoxy is non-toxic and food grade safe and comes in various colors**
